Terms and Conditions for Volunteer Registration

1. Introduction
Welcome to Touchdown Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a volunteer (“you”, “your”) in our programs and activities. By registering as a volunteer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Volunteer Responsibilities
2.1. As a volunteer, you agree to perform your duties to the best of your ability, with professionalism, integrity, and respect for all individuals involved.
2.2. You agree to adhere to the guidelines, policies, and procedures of Touchdown Academy.
2.3. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information you may encounter during your volunteer activities.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

4. Background Checks
4.1. We reserve the right to conduct background checks on volunteers, including criminal records checks, to ensure the safety of our beneficiaries and the integrity of our programs.
4.2. By registering, you consent to such background checks.

5. Health and Safety
5.1. You agree to comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by Touchdown Academy.
5.2. You agree to report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to a supervisor.

6. Liability
6.1. Touchdown Academy is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by you while performing volunteer activities, except as required by law.
6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Touchdown Academy, its employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your volunteer activities.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Any work, materials, or content you create or contribute to during your volunteer activities remain the property of Touchdown Academy.
7.2. You agree not to use any intellectual property of Touchdown Academy without prior written consent.

8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate your volunteer status at any time, with or without cause.
8.2. Upon termination, you must return any property or materials belonging to Touchdown Academy.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2. By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of volunteer management and communication.

10. Amendments
10.1. Touchdown Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to volunteers and will take effect immediately.
